Alipay+ partnered with us to bring its digital payment solutions to life through a series of impactful designs across multiple touchpoints in the region.

With a focus on driving product usage, we crafted bespoke illustrations and visual assets that increased awareness and elevated the overall brand experience.

In Bangkok, we collaborated with a local illustrator to create payment scenarios tailored for tourists.
These designs were displayed in CentralWorld’s souvenir zone, one of Southeast Asia’s largest shopping centres.

The illustrations featured Thailand’s most iconic landmarks, inviting visitors to experience the ease of shopping and dining with Alipay+ across the country.

Across the region, we transformed complex data into engaging stories through a series of infographics. Using insights from the tech team, we highlighted tourist spending trends during the busy Chinese New Year period. Designed for social media, these infographics made key information clear, digestible, and visually compelling.

In Tokyo, we took an experiential approach with a walking tour designed for the region’s e-wallet CEOs.
The tour provided an opportunity to meet the Alipay+ CEO while exploring the city’s landmarks.

More than just a meet-and-greet, the experience integrated the app’s seamless functionality. Participants scanned and paid at various touchpoints, from purchasing tickets to national monuments to enjoying local street food.

Visual assets from the event were shared with news outlets and influencers, amplifying the campaign’s reach and reinforcing Alipay+ as a leader in digital payments.

To all the CEOs who joined Alipay+ on the Tokyo Walking Tour, we designed a personalised e-card with specially curated photos and related news article to thank them.

In Singapore and Thailand, we brought Alipay+ to life with local illustrations showcasing each city’s key merchants where users could scan and pay with the app.

By integrating these visuals into transportation networks, we transformed everyday rides into seamless brand touchpoints.
